LAST THING SEARCHED FOR WRITING PURPOSES: Maibaum. so my WIP takes place at Germany’s nothern sea and this one character thinks of this tradition where you decorate a tree on may 1st and dance around it and then steal the neighbouring village’s maypole basically and i needed to know more and also how many people are needed to pull the tree up and then i researched the maypole tradition for northern germany specifically because it’s super different depending on the tradition. that’s how i found out that maypoles are stored in water there?? anyway i have now a lot of new knowledge.

CURRENT OBSESSION: the nelson mass :/ i don’t even GO there but it just is so dramatic and slaps so hard and i am just a weak and humble human who falls for choirs yelling really dramatically, yes i have been listening on repeat this most likely will get into my spotify wrapped and honestly i cannot wait to get my indie pop be followed by what is probably one of the most dramatic beginnings of kyrie
